Another superb stay at Bohortha Boathouse, Lucy is an amazing host and the location and house layout is perfect for our family of four. We absolutely love it here and will definitely be back

A stunning location in a magical part of the Roseland. You really feel properly away from it all at this end of the peninsula. The Boathouse is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The Boathouse is a real gem. Situated in a quiet hamlet. It had everything we needed. Super comfy bed with sea views. Lots of hot water. A wood burner. The surrounding walks were magical, even in the rain. We really enjoyed watching the seals from the cliff top. There is a classy little cafe 5 mins away. The beach at Towan is great for swimming.

Lucy was a perfect host, fantastic communication and everything was exactly how she said it would be. We know the area well and The Boathouse is an absolute gem, homely with modern facilities, very tastefully refurbished whilst still retaining its character and charm. Location wise, it’s tranquil with easy access to the local walking, we rarely used the car. I’m certain we’ll stay again ...

Lovely cottage in a peaceful area with great access to the coast path for lovely walks. Short drive to local village where there are shops and pubs.

We've just returned from a wonderful October half term staying at The Boathouse. Lucy is a fantastic host and was incredibly kind to move our booking when my daughter had Covid and couldn't travel. The Boathouse is in an amazing location. It's quiet and very rural but within a 10 minute walk is a ferry across the river to the lovely coastal village of St Mawes. .
